Our field reps visit retail locations on behalf of Brands and Retail Banner Executives. Programs are customized for each client’s unique needs and are often interactive with in-store personnel.
Many of our programs link instant rewards (SPIFF’s) for sales associates when they demonstrate certain desired behaviours or product knowledge.
Other programs focus on modifying in-store product knowledge and customer services levels, with alternative training and education initiatives.
Not all of our market intelligence is secret. We often visit retail banners to audit product and POP placement, and act when required. Stores associates appreciate the assistance, and brands are pleased that their products are showcased as intended.
